Request to Update Training Record
This form is used to request completed training from an outside source (i.e. vendor provided training) or one-on-one training by NMSU training partners be added to an employee's training record in Training Central, NMSU's training management system.
Requests to have training added to an employee training record must be submitted by the employee's supervisor or their designee or the training department where training was conducted. Employees are not permitted to submit training record update requests for themselves. The department must maintain a copy of the attendee's completion certificate or other form of confirmation of attendance in accordance with NMSU record retention policies.

Enter the first & last name of each attendee as shown in Banner and their Aggie ID #. If the course included a scored assessment, include the attendees' score; leave blank if no assessment was taken. To add attendees, click the + button.
By submitting this form for entry into the attendee's training record in Training Central, I certify that I have confirmed the attendee's successful completion of the above mentioned training.
