Civitas Project: Creating a Civil and Responsible Workplace

This seminar is designed to create awareness and to begin a dialogue about what civil and responsible employees look like. This seminar will also demonstrate the institutional and human cost of uncivil behavior. Strategies to address uncivil behavior such as bullying, mobbing, rankism, and just plain rudeness will also be addressed.
