Dealing with Personnel Issues
Taking a proactive approach to improving employee performance and behavior is a key element of successful performance management. This interactive 2 hour course, facilitated by Employee & Management Services, looks at the University�s progressive disciplinary process and the Supervisor�s related responsibilities. It examines proactive approaches toward improving performance and behavior, reprimands, and as a last resort terminations and the appeal process.
