Evaluating Employee Performance
This 4 hour interactive course, facilitated by NMSU Training and Development, is designed to provide front line supervisors and management personnel with improved evaluation skills and a better understanding of the Performance Evaluation system and forms used at NMSU.
This course expands on one of the 6 steps of Performance Management, Evaluating Performance. In order to receive the full benefit of the training, participants should have attended the Performance Management Overview course or have previously attended the Performance Management and Evaluations training.
