Drug and Alcohol Testing Supervisor Training (for CDL requiring units)

This interactive 4 hour session, is presented by HR Services EMS, in coordination with the NMSU Police Department and The Employee Assistance Program. The focus of this training is on Drug Testing requirements for Commercial Drivers License (CDL) positions at NMSU and NMSU’s procedures to comply. It addresses the Drug Free Workplace Act, Federal requirements for Commercial Drivers, Random Testing, Reasonable suspicion, Post Accident, Employee Assistance options and recognizing the effects of drug or alcohol abuse. This training is limited to Supervisors of positions in CDL requiring units.
