Be Prepared to Lead
Different management situations require different styles of leadership, and different types of employees respond better to different methods of direction. No matter which style is utilized by a leader, three essential elements of leadership- vision, communication and trust- must be present if you are going to be prepared to lead.
Be Prepared to Lead, facilitated by HR Services Training and Development, explores fundamental leadership concepts and four distinct management approaches. Participants will assess their own leadership style and practice applying various leadership styles to fit specific situations and employee types.
