Our Love/Hate Relationship with Meetings: Making Meetings Constructive

Time: 1.0 hour; brown-bag lunch
Target: all employees
This 1 hour,brown-bag lunch session, facilitated by NMSU Center for Learning & Professional Development, aims to bring more understanding of meeting dynamics and better management to the meetings conducted and attended by NMSU Staff and Faculty. Discussions include the cost of meetings, alternatives to meetings, roles and responsibilities of meeting hosts and participants, and how to hold constructive meetings. Participants are requested to bring their lunch and a copy of last month's calendar to the training session.
