Search Committee Orientation

This 1 hour course, taught by HRS Employment Services, will familiarize participants with the policies, procedures, and documentation requirements to ensure that the search process is fair and equitable to all and leads to the recruitment and selection of the best qualified candidate.

This course is mandatory for all persons assigned to a search committee and is offered by request only. To request training, complete the request form on the Employment Services website - http://hr.nmsu.edu/employment/search_committee.html. This training must be completed prior to any application reviews taking place.
