Communication in the Workplace
Good communication implies a healthy exchange of ideas between two or more people. Speaking, listening and feedback skills become the focal point for learning good communication. To have healthy interactions with others we must also develop relational skills. This workshop, presented by the Employee Assistance Program personnel, will introduce you to a different concept in communication; eight relational skills that will help you improve your communication in the workplace as well as your personal life.
