All of us at NMSU receive an annual performance appraisal. The focus of this 2 hour session is to provide employees with tips on preparing for and receiving their annual performance appraisal. Discussions include tools to help the supervisor capture what you’ve done throughout the year, getting ready for a performance appraisal discussion with their supervisor, effectively managing their frame of mind during an evaluation, and the importance of asking questions and providing feedback and suggestions.

This training, facilitated by The NMSU Center for Learning and Professional Development, is facilitator led information and discussions with a great deal of interaction by participants. Discussions by participants provide additional tips to help make your performance appraisal a success.
