Performance Management and Evaluations (Replaced: Do Not Use)

This 4 hour course covers the importance of performance management as a year round process. By the end of this training, supervisors will have the tools to: prepare performance plans, properly document performance, provide coaching, support and development of employees, give negative feedback, set appropriate goals, prepare for conducting a performance evaluation meeting and communicate effectively with employees.

Minimum class size is fifteen (15) participants. Registered participants will be notified prior to class date if the minimum is not met and class is to be cancelled.
