Customer Service Coaches Training
This 4 hour course, facilitated by NMSU Training and Development, defines the roles of coaches/leaders utilizing positive reinforcement, modeling expected behavior and effective listening skills development. The course helps supervisors and managers understand expectations that employees have of their leaders, realize the benefits of daily coaching and reinforcement of desired behaviors, and build more self-confident and effective employees who provide superior customer service to students, internal and external customers of NMSU.
Minimum class size is ten (10) participants. Registered participants will be notified prior to class date if minimum is not met and class is to be cancelled.
