What can managers do in Training Central?

Managers can perform a variety of functions within Training Central related to their Team.

In Training Central, a team is defined as all of a manager's direct reports according to the Banner system. Managers cannot correct or modify their team. Direct reports do not include Temporary Faculty, Graduate/Teaching Assistants, and Temporary Exempt Staff. Indirect reports (those who report to a manager's direct reports) are viewable by clicking the + next to a direct report's name.
