Jennifer Gabel, Senior Training Specialist

Jennifer (Jenn) Gabel is one of our Senior Training Specialists. Jenn serves as an organizational development facilitator to NMSU departments in areas of process improvement, strategic planning, project management, and team building. Additionally, she designs, develops, & presents training to NMSU employees in the areas of management and leadership. She has 30+ years of experience in the training and organizational development field, including while proudly serving in the US Air Force, and has earned certifications as a classroom instructor, team facilitator, Agile Professional, Strategic Doing Practitioner, Total Quality Management (TQM) advisor, instructional designer, and e-learning instructional designer.

In her spare time, Jenn is a member the Society for Creative Anachronism, a medieval recreationist group, and enjoys woodworking, pyrography, and all manner of crafts.
